Shipping & Handling

Most orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You can expect processing time to increase to 3-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. We ship USPS Priority Mail (3-7 business days) for free on Domestic orders over $100! Due to worldwide events, you may experience some delay in shipping based on your shipping location. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. We cannot guarantee any delivery dates.

Discrete Shipping

We understand the sensitivity to prying eyes due to the nature of these products. All orders are packed very discretely in unmarked boxes or bubble bags. Each order is packed with extreme care, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts as well as double boxing when necessary. We take shipping very seriously and we strive to offer the most secure shipping possible. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (see Return & Privacy Policy). 

Pelican Hard Cases

Pieces valued over $500 come with a brand new, custom-plucked Pelican hard case for free. Some high-end pendants and dry pipes may also include a Pelican. Some exceptions apply, please check in the description of a piece if a Pelican is excluded. 

Insurance

We do not insure packages. Please contact us to add insurance to your package before shipment. Heady Hawaii is not liable for any lost packages if USPS claims delivery was successful. 

International Shipping

We also ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Israel and Australia. Contact us about shipping to countries not listed above. 

We cover a portion of shipping for our international customers. International customers can calculate their shipping cost by putting the item in question into the cart and entering their address. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 

International customers, if you prefer UPS as your carrier over USPS, please contact us after purchasing. We will accommodate you!

Returns & Damaged Items

You may return an undamaged / unused item within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to initiate the return. Send an email to info@headyhawaii.com with your order number and return information. You will be responsible for shipping costs for return. Upon the return of the item you will receive store credit. 

Need to report a broken/damaged item during transit? Not to worry, we will get you sorted out! Email your order number and photos to info@headyhawaii.com. Please report the damage within 48 hours of delivery by sending us photos of the package and it's contents. The damaged items may be returned for refund or store credit. Any used pieces may not be returned.
